For carriers, MGAs & captives

You wrote the telematics requirement.
We make it actually happen.

Getting a telematics clause into a policy is the easy part. Getting a 9-truck fleet in Ohio to authorize their Motive account, keep the credentials valid, and stay connected through renewal — that’s the work. TIS Services does that work as an extension of your team, so the data you underwrite on is there when you go looking for it.

Services overview

What’s included

Five pieces, run by the TIS team against the telematics your insureds already have. Take the whole program or the parts your stack is missing.

Partner portal

Where every insured actually stands

Your own portal, in your branding — every insured in the book with a live connection status, and the outreach record sitting against each one: who we called, when, and what came of it. Available by API as well as the UI, if you would rather have it inside your own systems.

Continuous monitoring

Rules built around your book

We watch every connection for valid credentials and flowing location data, and build flagging rules with you — so a batch of units added or gone quiet gets surfaced, not buried.

Client outreach

The phone calls nobody wants to make

Devices offline 24+ hours, or a full week for units powered only when the truck runs, land on a defective list. We call, we email, we troubleshoot the connection, and we CC the agent every time.

Customer success

Implementation and beyond

Implementation support, ongoing maintenance, and a TIS team available for regular meetings at your request. Timelines are tailored to each carrier, not handed down.

Reporting

Numbers you can take to a review

Device audits showing units active, units onboarded, and units insured by client — plus discrepancies between what's on the policy and what's actually reporting.
