TIS Services works on behalf of your insurance company. Your policy requires your ELDs or cameras to be connected to the TruckerCloud platform — we’re the team that helps you get that done, at no cost to you. We don’t sell devices, we don’t sell insurance, and we’ll never ask you for payment or a credit card.
What we actually do for you
- Walk you through authorizing your existing ELD or camera provider — Motive, Samsara, One Step GPS, Geotab, whoever you run.
- Fix the connection when it breaks. Passwords change, accounts get rebuilt, devices get swapped. We catch it and call you.
- Keep your agent in the loop — every email we send you copies them, so nothing happens behind your back.
- Help you figure out what to buy if you don’t have a compatible device yet.
Making sure we’re legitimate
